© 2020, no bad days yoga
no bad days is a small yoga and meditation studio in the centre of Picton with carefully crafted classes, focusing on mindful and methodical movement to music. Our space is small and seasonal, offering students an accessible, inclusive and intimate setting.
no bad days inhabits and operates on the Huron-Wendat and Haudenosaunee nations, on whose unceded traditional territories we learn and live.
All students are required to book in advance. Students will have up to 1 hour before a session begins to book in.
Each regular weekly session is $15. Payment must be made by e-transfer to the teacher before your session.
Sliding scale or free sessions are available. This space is a place for you regardless of your race, ethnicity, shape, age, economic background, gender, sexual orientation or disability. Please email the studio to explore options. However, preference will be given to those who are Black, Indigenous or People of Colour (BIPOC). For studios and classes led by BIPOC teachers, please look here.
In the case a session is no longer available to book on-line, please know that all spots have been reserved. If you wish to be put on a waiting list for a specific session, please email the studio.
All students are required to electronically sign our waiver before their first session and send by email to the studio.
no bad days is located at 3 Downes Avenue, Picton. Our bright, beautiful studio is in a private home and without change rooms or a bathroom, therefore please ensure to bring your own mat, water and comfortable clothes, ready to move and groove. Please avoid bringing unnecessary items into the studio (coat, purse, etc.) Street parking is available.
