Currently based in Prince Edward County, Megan is the Curator of no bad days. Forever fascinated by the marriage of breath and body, Megan has been enmeshed in yoga since 2007, practicing vinyasa and kripalu in her hometown of Orillia. After deepening her discipline for the practice, Megan has completed over 300 hours of teacher training, focusing on trauma sensitivity, neuroscience and the therapeutics of sound. Her unmistakable love for yoga has translated into a teaching style that focuses on creating a sensory experience, skillfully arranged asanas and encouraging students to come back to the baseline, their breath. |
